Le blé est une herbe, originaire de la région du Croissant fertile du Proche-Orient , mais maintenant il est cultivé dans le monde entier . En 2007 la production mondiale de blé était de 607 millions de tonnes , ce qui en fait la troisième céréale la plus produite après le maïs ( 784 000 000 tonnes ) et le riz ( 651 000 000 tonnes ) .Globally , le blé est la principale source de protéines végétales dans l’alimentation humaine , ayant élevé teneur en protéines que soit le maïs ( maïs) ou de riz , les autres principales céréales . En termes de tonnages totaux de production utilisés pour la nourriture , il est actuellement deuxième au riz comme la principale culture de l’alimentation humaine , et en avance sur le maïs , après prise en compte plus large utilisation de maïs dans l’alimentation animale.

Le pétrole brût est un type de pétrole Pétroleum. Il est considéré comme “doux” si il contient moins de 0,5% de soufre, par rapport à un niveau plus élevé de soufre dans le pétrole brût aigre. Le pétrole brût contient de petites quantités d’hydrogène sulfuré et de dioxyde de carbone. Le pétrole brût est considéré de haute qualitée l’orsqu’il contient de petite dose de souffre .il est tres demander pour le traitement d’ essence, en particulier dans les pays industrialisés. «Pétrole brût léger» est la version la plus recherché de pétrole brût, car il contient un montant disproportionné de ces fractions qui sont utilisés pour traiter l’essence, le kérosène et le diesel de haute qualité. Le terme «doux» est né car la petite quantitéede soufre fournit dans l’huile donne une légère odeur sucrée et agréable.Les Prospecteurs du XIXe siècle tèstent une petite dose d’huile pour pouvoir en détèminer sa qualitée.
Ce type d’huile est considérée comme un point de référence pour le pétrole et est cotée à la Chicago Mercantile Exchange. L’huile est considérée comme une couverture naturelle contre l’inflation que dans les dernières années est fortement corrélée à la croissance du monde.

L'orL’or

Historiquement la monnaie d’or a été largement utilisé comme monnaie Quand l’argent de papier a été introduit, il était généralement un reçu échangeable contre pièce d’or ou de lingots. Dans un système économique connu comme l’étalon d’or, un certain poids d’or a été donné sur le nom d’une unité de la monnaie. Pendant une longue période, le gouvernement des Etats-Unis a établi la valeur du dollar américain, afin que une once troy était égal à $ 20,67 ($ 664,56 / kg), mais en 1934 le dollar a été dévalué à $ 35,00 l’once troy ($ 1125,27 / kg).
